| PAYMENT |
Unless a monthly trading account has been established, my terms are cheque with order, on collection or delivery. I do accept payment by Mastercard or Visa but any discount given will be halved if paying by this method. |

| DISCOUNTS |
By negotiation. Discounts, when offered, are based on the amount spent not on the quantity. |

| MINIMUM ORDER |
As a wholesaler the minimum purchase is 12 bottles (9 litres) or equivalent volume in other sizes. We are happy to mix cases at no extra charge. |

| DELIVERY |
Within 15 miles of the Cellars and wherever else practical (e.g., Central London) free of charge. If your purchases are sent by national carrier the costs are as follows: |

| TITLE TO GOODS |
All wines remain the property of finewinesmith until paid for in full. The Company retains the right to levy a 2% surcharge per month on outstanding balances. |

| HOURS |
The Cellars are not staffed at all times. Generally there is someone here from 9.30 to 1pm and from 2pm until 5.30pm, and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm. If you are making a special journey please telephone first to ensure someone will be here to greet you. |

| HOW TO FIND US |
We are located half a mile out of the centre of Nailsworth. From Lloyds Bank in the town centre take the Avening Road via Tabram's Pitch. The first left turn, after 400 years is to Nailsworth Mills and the Garden Centre. Spring Mill is the next turn left after another 200 yards. Look out for a tall chimney as this marks the Mill building in which we have the Cellars. |
