The 2019 vintage is as wonderful as ever. The nose is very aromatic and is reminiscent of lime zest and green grapefruit with some richer candied lemon zest. Whilst the palate sings of green citrus, gooseberries, wild grass meadows and lemon zest. It is fresh and clean with a lovely balanced acidity.
