The Prunier VSOP Grande Champagne cognac is created purely from eaux-de-vie from the finest terroir - Grande Champagne. Each of the carefully selected ingredients have been aged on average for between 5 - 6 years, allowing a balanced taste that combines the flavours of yourth with the woodiness that develops in these first years of aging.
The colour has a beautiful luminous shine. On the nose it has a good intensity, dominated by chocolate, tobacco, leather. The aromatic richness is very interesting. On the palate, the attack is dominated by cocoa. Big structure full of power with finesse.
At this stage of aging the blend has a perfect balance between the fruit aromas of younger cognacs combined with the mellow characteristics achieved in the cask ageing.
