Antoine Simoneau cultivates a 55 hectare vineyard on the hills above the River Cher at Domaine de la Rablais. The property has been in his family since 1790, just after the revolution, before which it belonged to the Seigneury of Chennonceaux.
The sauvignon grapes are harvested at dawn or dusk when its coolest in order to best preserve their aromas and freshness. Classically nettly on the nose with a lovely hit of citrus. This is crisp and refreshing with a fine delicacy.
