Located around the commune of Rasteau, the vines are located in altitude, between 250 and 300 m. Hilly soil with clayey limestone soils and very steep slopes. A fantastic challenger to any white Chateauneuf. Light yellow in colour with gold reflections from the barrel fermentation.
The nose is full of toasted almond, white flowers and honey. In the mouth, this wine really delivers. It has a harmonious balance of acidity and roundness. The floral notes continue with apricot fruit and that characteristic almond finish.
