5ta Generation Gran Reserva Malbec, Goyenechea

This Malbec has benefitted from a little bottle age. The nose is spicy, with a hint of vanilla, chocolate and walnuts. On the palate it is smooth and round, with delicious sweet tannins that contribute to its full body. The fruit shows characteristics of plum and blackberry, prunes, spices and chocolate with a beautiful violet floral touch. The oak is integrating well and supports a long finish. This wine really gets better in the glass.
